Nach dem ich im Jahr 2009 bei der US-Convention im Rodgau dabei war, faszinierte mich das Thema immer mehr. Ich beschaffte mir ein paar Wagen von MTL und eine GP7 von AZL (UP102). Es mußte eine UP-Lok sein, da mich diese Gesellschaft irgendwie interessierte. Auch begann ich Module zu planen, die ich zuhause und auch bei den Z-Lines einsetzen konnte.Das Ergebnis sieht nun so aus:

After my participation in theU.S. Convention 2009 in Rodgau, I was fascinated by the topic more and more. I bought a few cars from MTL and one GP7 of AZL (UP102). It must have a UP locomotive, since that company somehow interested me. I also began to plan modules that I could use at home and also with the Z-Lines. The result looks like this:

Ein Doppelmodul zum rangieren und eine im Vordergrund verlaufenden "Mainline". Um in meinem Keller zu spielen, wurden einfache Gleismodule geplant. die einen "Jörger-Kopf" haben, aber nur aus einer Gleistrasse bestehen. Hier wird nur Märklin Gleismaterial verwendet. Die Gleise auf den beiden Modulen sind die MTL-Tracks.  Die Zwischenräume werden mit 2mm Kork ausgefüllt, da in einem Yard in der USA alles ebenerdig ist. Es sind 3 Industrie-Anschlüsse zu bedienen. Rechts eine Fabrik oder Spedition oder... Dahinter liegt Jürgen T Junkyard, (ein Monroe Model), der mußte einfach sein :-).  Das linke Modul besteht nur aus einem Öllager und dem Ziehgleis. Mit diesem Aufbau kann ich wunderbar rangieren und gleichzeitig einen langen Zug kreisen lassen. Für den gemeinsamen Aufbau mit den US-Z-Liners werden noch 2 Übergangsmodule gebaut, die mit Code 40 Gleisen gebaut werden. Das würde dann so aussehen:

A double rank module and the main Line in the foreground. To play in my basement, special track modules were planned. with special "Jörger Headplates", they consist only a track line. I will use only Märklin Tracks. The Tracks at the Industrie- modules are from MTL. The gaps are filled with 2mm cork, because in a yard in the USA everything is at ground level. There are to operate three industrial ports. On the right side in the front it will be a fabric or an Shipping agency or .... Behind is "Jürgen T Junkyard, a Monroe Model and a "must be" :-)  The left module consists only one oil storage facility and the track for the Junkyard. With this setup I can wonderfully rank while leaving a long train circling. For the joint construction with the US-Z-liner I will built wo transition modules Ther I planed to use  Code 40 track.  It would look like this
